What do we do?
Effective projects need planning and extensive consultation. Our approach is research-based in every respect. We develop an intensive study of stakeholder needs and match those needs to relevant local policy and national curriculum requirements. By this process, our schools gain a unique and comprehensive strategy plan.
To achieve this, we:
- Work with the school and implement frequent check-points to ensure that your needs are being met;
- Interview teachers, leaders and community through face to face and online methods;
- Gather and systematise all relevant documents;
- Reference existing global “best practice” in education;
- Produce reports and presentations for leaders, staff and community;
- Provide practical, immediately useful documentation including action plans and materials.
What will it cost?
Some of our data collection materials are available for free to individual teachers. We welcome a conversation about your own needs and philosophies.
The cost for a susbtantial project will depend largely upon the amount of time we spend in the school and we are happy to provide estimates. We do not charge for an initial consultation, advice and estimate.
